WHEN THE MOON REFLECTS WHAT BES AWAKENS
The Moonsisterhood is celebrated on the Friday closest to the new moon and the Monday closest to the full moon. We set up the Kuma ritual altar, create the circle, and the Adé Orinsé guide the movement. It is the space where feminine energy is protected, celebrated, and expanded under the light of Tanit.

THE STORY
Ancient legend tells that when the Romans arrived in Ibiza, they tried to conquer its temples and pursued Tanit to control her power. But Bes stood between Tanit and her attackers. He took her in his arms and carried her by boat to the island's hidden cliffs, where the moon veiled the sea in silver. There, safe and sound, Tanit was able to preserve her power and the feminine voice of the island.
That gesture forever sealed the bond between them:
- Bes as protector and inspiration for joy and love…
- Tanit as guardian of that mission and creator of abundance.
